Process:
- AEMA will acknowledge receipt of your application.
- A Case Manager will be assigned to you and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
- Your application under an approved Hazard Assistance and Resilience Program (HARP) will be assessed against the eligibility criteria outlined in the Disaster Assistance Directives, its Rate Schedules, and any Interpretation Bulletins to determine eligibility.
- The Case Manager will review qualification and eligibility within the program and make an assistance recommendation on your application.
- You will be notified of the outcome of your application under the HARP through written correspondence from the program.
